Real. Easy. Italian. In 2004, three restaurant guys left their executive posts at Lettuce Entertain You and Brinker Int’l to launch one of the nation’s first fast casual Italian concepts – Go Roma. The trio combined their love of Italian food, mastery in the kitchen, and experience creating, launching and operating many of the nation’s most successful restaurant concepts, including Maggiano’s Little Italy and Corner Bakery, to develop a fast casual Italian eatery that put food first.
